Springfield - Victor M. Ortiz, 73, passed away Friday, June 19th, 2020 . Victor was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, on March 1st, 1947, to his parents Victor Ortiz and Inocensia Diaz. Victor was predeceased by his parents. Victor was very much loved and he will be missed. Victor leaves to cherish his memories, Five daughters: Nidia Ivette Ortiz-Cruz, Carmen Janet Ortiz-Cruz, Luz Yolanda Ortiz-Cruz, Zulma Ines Ortiz-Cruz and Nancy Ortiz-Cruz, his son: Victor M. Ortiz-Cruz, Four Brothers: Rafael Ortiz-Diaz, Jesus Ortiz-Diaz, Pablo Ortiz-Diaz and Cecilio Diaz, Three sisters: Olga Ortiz-Diaz, Migdalia Ortiz-Diaz, and Marta Ortiz-Diaz, Nineteen Grandchildren, Nineteen Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
